I came across the RPR Do Organics rescue leave in treatment a while ago in a small hairdressing supply store in Boolaroo, NSW.
My hair was somewhat dry on the ends at that point. So I was easily parted with my money that day.
Ever since that day, this fabulous little leave in treatment has been my ‘go to’ product. I put in the ends of my hair (and fringe when it’s been bleached). Not only does it smell delicious, but it moisturises better than anything I have seen before.
How much you need?
You only need a little tiny bit, and this is reinforced by the fact that only little tiny bits come out at once. I usually do about 4 or 5 squirts (about 5 cent piece size) to do the ends of a full head of hair extensions. See photo below.
Be careful never to get this (or any other conditioner) on the tops of the extensions. Sometimes repeated applications of slippery conditioners can cause the extension to slip down the hair and come off.
How to apply?
Just rub this into the ends of your hair or hair extensions and forget about it. Sometimes I let it dry briefly, then use a straightener or curler on the ends. But mostly it just goes on whenever I think of it. It is a thick texture and you will have to rinse your hands afterwards as it becomes slimy on the skin.
This leave in conditioner is made right here in Australia and is made from CERTIFIED ORGANIC EXTRACTS (jojoba, olive, avocado and fig). The 125ml bottle features Keratin which has been shown to improve the quality of damaged hair. It also boasts no nasties such as: sulphates, parabens, dioxane, artificial colours and best of all it’s not tested on animals.
I use this leave in hair conditioner almost every day. It smells absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend it for anybody with dry ends or folks who have heavily treated or coloured hair. It will give you a softness on the ends of your hair. And if you are like me, feel much better when the ends of your hair aren’t raggedy and split. If you have tried the leave in treatment, or any of the other Signature Garden Blends from Do Organics, please let me know what you thought.
